Slow down, be curious, invite connection, and allow nature to sooth, heal, and invigorate your body and your mind.
My Story
Growing up, I lived in a small house with a big family and an enormous weeping willow tree. I climbed that tree when I was happy, I climbed it when I was sad, I climbed it to reflect on the present, I climbed it to plot my future. Alone, dazzlingly alive, and perched above the roof tops, I felt connected, rooted, secure. I also felt powerful, liberated, able to soar.
That wondrous weeping willow tree was my first encounter with the power of nature to sooth, to heal, and to invigorate. It has not been my last. Today, I spend many days in the woods, alone or guiding groups. Today, it is my honor and my joy to invite others to find their own deep connection to nature through guided forest bathing and outdoor mindfulness excursions.
I am a Kripalu Certified Outdoor Mindfulness Guide.

Mindfulness at Historic Sites
